Kate’s Testimonial (the owner and designer of the Mindful Well-being yoga class sequences): I will say that having taught the Mindful Well-being Method of Seated Chair Yoga (both Assisted Living and the Memory care class) for 8 years, I see a marked difference in my regularly practicing students. I see the AL students fully engaged in the practice. They focus on the breath and movements working together and share with me that do feel they have a Whole-being workout. The consistency and repetition of the practice allows them to refine their practice and the sequence of poses. I see Memory Care students remembering the sequence! Again, the consistency and the repetition of the MC Seated chair yoga class reinforces the sequence allowing them recognize and recall the sequence with me each class.
