About Us

Who We Are: Mindful Well-being, Inc. is a Wellness company built on our dedication to the well-being of seniors.

Founded by Kate Fairhurst, a certified RYT-500 instructor and YACEP educator, Mindful Well-being, Inc. brings together Kate’s 20+ years of teaching yoga and meditation with her experience as a former Executive Vice President of Sales, Training and Marketing. Inspired by a desire to serve underserved populations – particularly seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those experiencing memory challenges – Kate developed a research-based methodology to meet the unique needs of these communities.
