Who We Are: Mindful Well-being, Inc. is a Trusted Wellness Partner for Senior Living Providers & Aging-in-Place Seniors dedicated to the well-being of seniors.

Mindful Well-Being, Inc. is a research-driven Wellness company specializing in programs for Seniors and Limited Mobility students in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care Living Communities. Founded in 2017 by Kate Fairhurst, a certified RYT-500 instructor and YACEP educator, we combine deep experience in senior care with certified yoga instruction and science-backed methodology to deliver safe, engaging, and transformative student experiences.

What We Do: We specialize in research-informed yoga and meditation classes tailored for seniors of all mobility levels (Ambulatory, Limited mobility, Walking Devices required, Wheelchair required). Our programs are uniquely tailored for seniors including students with limited mobility, cognitive impairment, a range of physical and neurological conditions. Every class is designed to be accessible, enjoyable and clinically-informed – ensuring students at every level benefit. We are committed to teaching high-quality classes that are accessible to all Assisted Living, Memory Care Residents, Independent Living residents as well as Aging-in-Place Seniors. Our classes include:

Our holistic approach helps ease the challenges of aging by supporting cognitive function, physical health, emotional resilience, social connection, and memory retention. All classes are pre-designed, conducted in controlled environment, and taught by certified instructors to ensure both safety and effectiveness.

Mindful Well-being is continuously evolving to bring the most advanced, beneficial wellness classes to our students and account partners.

Why We Do It: Because movement is medicine. We believe that Seniors should have beneficial activities that enhance their physical, emotional and cognitive needs. In every class, the movements, sequencing and teaching approach are intentionally structured to meet participants exactly where they are, offering a safe, accessible, and enjoyable experience that improves quality of life. The model not only supports resident health and wellness but also elevates program offerings for senior living communities.

Yoga offers more than just physical benefits – it nurtures the whole person. Regular practice can improve:

When Classes Are Available:We work closely with each account partner to schedule classes that suit their needs. Our team is available 7 days a week depending on teacher availability and location. Online subscriptions are available 24/7!
