Who We Are: Mindful Well-being, Inc. is a Wellness company built on our dedication to the well-being of seniors.
Founded by Kate Fairhurst, a certified RYT-500 instructor and YACEP educator, Mindful Well-being, Inc. brings together Kate’s 20+ years of teaching yoga and meditation with her experience as a former Executive Vice President of Sales, Training and Marketing.
